One of Caden's latest accomplishments is that he is starting to learn songs (including his ABC's), numbers and letters. When he sees text he starts naming his letters (T is a favorite). He can't recognize them just yet, but we think he's getting close on a few of them. Also, I've noticed that he is showing that he recognizes the direction the text should face. Call me crazy, but I've seen him turn things the correct way too many times (newspapers, magazines, etc..things he's not familiar with).
Also, he can sing the first part of his ABC's and can count!! The video is from April 4, about two weeks ago. I just happened to be filming him waking up from his nap, hoping to get some cute gibberish and out he came with "1-2-3-4!" I was so thrilled to get it on video b/c he'd been doing it for a few days and I thought I'd never be lucky enough to capture it! Today he clearly counted to 6 while looking at his fingers!! It was as clear as DAY! And while I'm bragging he can also say his ABC's up to the D... and he knows other various parts and will sporadically chime in during the song. I swear he knows the whole thing but in segments.
Okay, enough bragging for one day! :) Video follows... and hopefully in the next few days some other updates including our Beach Vacation and Easter.

Caden is a genius! Cyrus and I watched the video, and we were both riveted! Seriously, Cyrus didn't take his eyes off of Caden and even started saying whatever his cousin said! So cute!
