Beep, Beep!

Caden's favorite new activity, which he named himself, is playing in the car. Anytime we get in or even near the car he starts screaming "BEEP, BEEP!" over and over and over all the while doing his hands in a horn-honking motion. His little feelings are hurt often because we just simply cannot let him beep beep every time he says it. But when we do... he is in heaven! All the buttons, knobs, compartments to explore. He is always especially happy when he manages to honk the horn. Nothing all that exciting about these pictures, but I had to document my babies favorite activity...

Eating Antics...

Caden took each and every Cheerio out of his bowl of cereal one morning so that he could drink the milk.... He is obsessed with drinking out of cups without lids these days.

Little Climber

How he pulled this off I have no idea. Somehow, he manged to climb up the flimsy, unstable little piano in order to reach the CD player. He was having independent playtime in his bedroom, which I thought I had successfully Caden-proofed, when I suddenly heard the Cd stop playing. I grabbed my camera and headed for the room (I just knew I would find something interested). He was so proud.

You will be happy to know that the piano is now no where near anything interesting (light switches had to be taken in to consideration as this is also a new fascination...he will stand under them and say "off, off!" because he wants to turn it on and off)...

Catching up...

The next several posts will be my attempt to catch up... few words, many pictures... Caden did so many funny, blogworthy, things last month... All of the following are from Feb/March (19/20 months)...

Bowling 19 months

This post is a month over due... we went to Ohio to visit with the cousins in early Feb.... but none the less, here is my feeble attempt to catch up on a whole month missed of blogging...

The Cousins Finally Meet...

On July 5, 2006 the first grandchild to the Nichol's family (Isabella) was born. One year later (the exact same day) Caden made his grand entrance followed in August by Addie and in September by Cyrus. All three Nichol's ladies were pregnant at the same time and all during our pregnancies talked about how much fun it will be having little ones so close in age. And fun it was when we got them all together for the first time! John's Mom was in Grammy Heaven the whole weekend. Here are some pictures/videos from our time together:
