Not sure what these trucks are really called, but I call them Elevator Trucks! Several of you had a lot of questions about these trucks when I first described them when we moved in. The other day I happened to look out my window and someone in the building right next to us was moving out (from the 15th story). So I grabbed my camera and took some video of it all so you could get a better idea of how this works! Enjoy!
