Getting Around

Since Grandmama and Charli left to go back to the states, Caden has been a busy boy working on this crawling thing! He's kept ME busy as well! He still isn't "crawling" but he can crawl for a step or two. He then usually gives up and decides it's faster to just scoot to whatever it is that he wants. You can tell it frustrates him that he can't move around very quickly. He kind of fusses as he makes his way around the room/house.

Yesterday he started trying to crawl after me (or toward my voice to find me). I left him in the playroom and went to the kitchen to clean up from lunch, and next thing I knew he was in the kitchen with me! And last night I was drawing his bath and as I came out of the bathroom he was doing his best to make his way up the hallway to find me.

Dropping Caden off at the church nursery on Easter Sunday.

In the bottom picture you can sort of see his new "silly face." He makes a scrunched up face and does something funny with his tongue and blows air kind of like he is sniffing, but he's not. It's an intense face and it cracks us up.... unless he does it when he's eating! :)
